What is your Shipping Policy?
Timber Tiger Treasures ships domestic orders within the United States via USPS Flat Rate shipping. Pricing is based upon the total of your order. You will receive two e-mails after placing your order; one with a copy of your receipt and one containing your tracking number once your package has shipped
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days

In order to meet each customer's needs, we offer a variety of payment methods. All you have to do is choose the method that best suites you when checking out!

Offline Payment/In-store Pick-up
For those who want to waive the $7.15 shipping fee and live in the Atlanta, GA area.
We offer a convenient offline payment option that would allow you to pay when you come to pick-up your order. Simply make your order, choose "offline payment," and you will be sent an e-mail when your package is ready to pick-up and at what location. Payment will be made in CASH ONLY prior to receiving your purchase. Sorry, personal checks cannot be accepted at this time.
What is Timber Tiger Treasures' Return Policy?

30 Day refund Guarantee:
It is very important to us here at Timber Tiger Treasures that you love what you order. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order within 30 days, you may return any unused and undamaged items for a full refund of the purchase price. Once the item is received by us and passes a quality inspection, you will then receive your refund in the manner which was initially paid.

*Damaged in Shipping:
If item is damaged in shipping, please notify me asap! If replaceable, I will allow for one replacement per order to be sent out once damaged item has been shipped back to me. If NOT replaceable (original works of art, items with materials that have been discontinued), please send item back and I will refund the price of the item in the original form of payment.

After 30 Days:
If you are unsatisfied with your items and it has been over 30 days, please let me know. You may send back or drop-off said item for an equal exchange.

Timber Tiger products are not designed to be waterproof.
(excluding products containing jewelers-grade, waterproof resin)
Submerging in water does not constitute "normal everyday wear" and will not be considered for any kind of refund. DO NOT submerge your Timber Tiger Treasure in water.
