A Timber Tiger Valentine’s
As you’ve probably noticed, the Timber Tiger website has been sort of “blah” since New Year’s. That is all about to end with some new products just in time for Valentine’s Day!
The small collection will serve as an introduction to the Spring/Summer collection and will include some brand new and re-colored works of my art from previous seasons. Look for a few jewelry pieces, natural dyed purses and bags, and gift sets that incorporate different items with matching images.
My experiments with making my own natural dyes is still going on, and I have accumulated many beautifully colored yarns and fabrics. So far, plan to make some small bags with these yarns. I would love any input on what else would make great gifts that I can create with these yarns!
Above is a picture of cotton yarn being dyed with black bean dye. In total, I have created about 10 different colors, from pinks and blues to greens and yellows.
